Job Description


We’re hiring a Senior Recruiter to help us build out our recruiting infrastructure and to recruit world-class talent. The ideal candidate can source and spot talent, hold a high bar on who we hire, and mechanize the recruiting process for Delphi and its portfolio companies.


Location: Remote 


Job Responsibilities


  • Build the recruiting team from ground up and put in place effective interview loops and hiring practices
  • Partner with hiring managers and teams to identify talent needs
  • Build a sourcing pipeline to proactively and reactively address hiring needs
  • Liaise with talent and hiring teams to ensure timely interviews and a smooth hiring process for new recruits


Basic Qualifications


  • 2+ years of experience recruiting top talent
  • Experience owning the full cycle recruiting in scaling startups or recruitment agencies

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience recruiting top talent
  • Excellent organization, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience with crypto talent sourcing
  • Previous experience in interview process management
